Well great, a construction company from Kassel with €1000 liability capital, founded in 2013, the "managing director" is from Hanover. Now that's what I call serious.
Mr. Röder is probably no longer allowed to run a business himself?

What does the general contractor have to do with it then? So even if it is the Bundesverband Haus der Handwerker (which sounds very official) you can still get screwed?

I searched a bit and skimmed the thread... it was about Town House and some E.S. .... And at some point Uwe Röder was mentioned. If I understood it correctly at a glance, then those are fraudsters? But then again the question is how the Bundesverband Haus der Handwerker can be involved in that? Or does it have nothing to do with the Bund, meaning the state?

There is also a federal association of rabbit breeders! It has nothing to do with the state.

Because the realtor only earns money once you finally sign. Until then he probably tells you all sorts of things.

Are the excavation works included to an unlimited extent, or does the contract state that earthworks are included up to x cm?
In combination with a missing soil assessment, this would already be the first (hefty) extra cost to be expected.

The topic here is settled. We have dropped it because we think it is a kind of "fraud." At least due to the strange indications of who the boss of the company actually is, why there is no GmbH, and also because he was mentioned in another thread and apparently takes the money but nothing comes out of it.

We have found something else now, if you want, you can gladly help me
