The market situation allows for a business model driven by profit maximization. If I were working in the construction sector, the choice between a) elaborate planning and constant adjustment according to the wishes of complex-thinking and inexperienced clients or b) 08/15 clients who just want a house and for whom I only need to slightly adapt my prefab houses would overall not be particularly difficult for me.
Even here, I sometimes have the feeling that the (basically not wrong) expectation placed on the entrepreneur—that they should be standing there grinning broadly with a balloon in hand and eagerly accommodating every conceivable wish—is basically out of place. The entrepreneur wants. To make money. And right now, this is quite easy for them.
