Maybe the project is not feasible or only difficult to implement? Show me what you have come up with. Otherwise, it is really strange.
Hello,
I wonder how you came to your selection, according to what pattern do you want to choose a possible building partner?
There are providers who can only offer their catalog houses at low prices; any deviation costs disproportionately more money. Then there is the so-called cheap faction, where an alleged bargain at the end of the day turns into a gold house; once all equipment wishes are taken into account. Their focus is on cheap; everything that deviates from this company purpose must be purchased expensively.
Then there are providers who don’t mind starting with a blank sheet of paper; that’s how we work too. The statics are only created once the building permit free of conditions is available. BUT – providers who work this way also have a different claim to inspire potential builders with their offer. In their brochure you won’t find 180 mm insulation, nor a tile format of 25 x 25; their offer prices reflect a medium standard from the very beginning. Of course, there is always room upwards.
You write that you have quite concrete ideas about the room layout. Has a salesperson ever commented on this? Is this draft – I assume you are a layman – even buildable? Have you signaled in previous conversations that you are willing to accept possible changes to the dream house? And basically: Have you conveyed your ideas in a personal conversation or only asked for an offer via e-mail? In the latter case, I could understand that you do not get any offers; I politely reject them. Creating only a comparison offer is not worth the time for me; every offer needs explanation!
ACK
Only, to have so little substance in your hands from April to mid-October is already strange and explains the reaction of the users here.
Rhineland greetings
I'll just post the floor plan that we'd roughly like to have.
Great!
Then please take a look here first:
This will save the helping users here a lot of follow-up questions
Rhenish greetings
Yes, you can do that; just provide the link to this discussion here as well. Rhineland greetingsThen I'll best create a new thread and link it here, yes?
