Do Ikea Metod kitchen fronts fit on Faktum carcasses?

My Faktum fronts are now quite unsightly. The coating is partially peeling off the MDF at the edges. The initial plan was to sand the fronts and repaint them with lacquer, and also to put on new handles. My paint shop advises against this: due to the surface tension of the new lacquer, there will be no calm and the old coating will continue to come off. In short, the next idea was to buy new Metod fronts. My question to the experts here: what should be considered? I would like to reuse the old hinges but cannot find any dimension sheet showing how they fit together. Neither for Faktum nor for Metod. The old base cabinets are 70 cm high. But the Metod stuff is 80 cm. Possibly re-drill the hinges? The fact that the new doors are too long at the bottom is not a big deal. What else should be taken into account?

I've already checked. The front installed in my unit has not been available for a long time. And of what is still available today, not everything is still offered. And just replacing some of the fronts doesn't really help.

There is no longer a repurchase service from Ikea, but some are still available on Ebay or Ebay Classifieds.

You can also commission a carpenter to make them. Or special manufacturers; in Scandinavia, there is a small "modder scene"; if buying online, then as a last resort Kuechenfront24 or similar providers will do.

PS: kvadrat fronts I still have some stored in the basement...

The thread can be closed: I simply turned the little doors around. The damaged edge with the swollen MDF above the stove is now at the top right under the kitchen ceiling, so it is no longer visible. I just need to move the knobs and fill in the unnecessary holes.
