I glued about 60 pallets of 36 Poroton blocks with my wife, including lintels for windows and doors, poured the ring beams, concreted the ceilings, etc. Everything went perfectly. The only thing we didn't do ourselves was laying the first row perfectly vertical. For that, we hired a professional who completed the work to our fullest satisfaction in just a few hours.

The wall gluing goes so fast, you can't even imagine it. My wife applied the adhesive, I set the bricks. Everything was cut with a large angle grinder and a chisel.

In the meantime, I also had a farmer who used a loader to lift the pallets onto the ceiling for me.
That was actually quite relaxed. Then we had a carpenter build the roof frame and a Polish roofing company install the roof. The roofers covered the house for 4000 euros, the carpenter cost 4000 euros, and the mason charged 400 euros.
That was actually all the labor. We bought the materials ourselves. We also did the plastering ourselves. For that, I bought a plastering machine for 2000 euros. When I finished, I sold it again for 2500.
