I have found that you can save a lot of money that way, which is why I suggest it. But yes, it only makes sense if you know what you want and spend more time on the planning.

I would set a knee wall at the bottom edge of the roof window and box off the entire "peak." The space hardly has any value anyway; you only bump your head there. I don't see any cupboards there either. Only for critters. Once the knee wall is in place, the whole room gains a cozy atmosphere and the fear of the slant becomes much less. I would also lower the ceiling for the same reason.

I would probably position the bed like this:

Besides the comfortable access to the bed, I can place a TV right opposite it, and the teenagers can watch their favorite series together in the 1.40m wide bed.

Dear ones!

I am truly blown away by your great ideas and especially by the effort you put in!!! Amazing!!!!
The pictures look so beautiful and and I can hardly wait to start implementing them.
What is also great for me is that you convinced me that the high resolution (floating bed) is not optimal.

Your willingness to help absolutely overwhelmed me! I never would have expected that!!!
I don’t even know how to properly thank you?!?!

What can I say except: Thank you so, so much for that?!?!

For a child or teenager, even 50 cm depth is enough. We have that ourselves.

I would have it done by the carpenter. You can also work with rails, so that separated fronts can simply be pulled forward, with the front then belonging to a triangular container.
I once drew this. The arrows mean that you can push four containers forward. Like a drawer.
Ps drawn are 32 degrees DN

From your drawing, I can’t really make it out myself (lack of expertise)... If you start just below the window... how high (in the front) and how deep (at the bottom) would these “schubschränke” be then? (I can’t measure right now)
