Smart aleck, I would never have thought of that ;-) I deliberately linked a thread in my first comment where the most skillful / "brotherly" division took up some space in the discussion; with the interjection you quoted, I wanted to renew this hint that a simple "center parting" is not necessarily the straight path to the philosopher's stone. Those who can also read my little jabs between the lines will quickly come to realize: the linked thread is about a "corner lot," whereas the current thread is about a plot with a shape unknown to us so far.
