By the way, links are prohibited here, so you will probably be shot afterwards or at least nailed to the cross for your first link.
Basically, these are often wordplays or marketing slogans. Of course, there is still some wood layer on a veneer floor, similar to Lindura from the company Meister, where a touch of wood powder is burnt on and it is called real wood flooring. You can like it anyway, but whether it is actually still a wooden floor for me, everyone has to decide for themselves.
Maybe you will find a somewhat cheaper parquet; I myself have often recommended second-choice parquet, e.g. from the company Meister, I had about 200 sqm which were perfect. I would lay it anyway throughout the whole house and put the few boards with color deviations under the bed/under the cabinet or just leave them out. Otherwise, technically/optically for me it is top quality at a bargain price.
In my opinion, the option "sanding" is really considerably overrated.
But the linked floor from Kährs has 7mm solid wood, doesn't it?
It is important whether you want to glue it down or lay it floating. This 7mm floor from Kährs can only be glued down.
