Dining table 2m or 2.20m... we are unsure

I can also highly recommend an extendable table. We have one where you pull out the legs. This means no loss of stability and endless space. Not regretted for a second. It is 2.20 meters and can be extended by either half or a full meter.

It's only from the furniture store and photographed blurry, but this is roughly what it looks like.

@Gelbwoschd: The table, at least it definitely looks that way, was also on our list.

Then we came across a "local" manufacturer (150km away, but close to my old home). There we decided on a table with a 2m base length, which has a slide-out extension of 2x50cm on one side and a drawer extension with another 60cm on the other side. Basically, if you have the space and want to be flexible, I can only recommend an extendable table.

I need more solid arguments there, please. My wife is against it! I think she fears not massive instability or something like that. She would actually prefer a tree trunk table anyway...

I often don't like the look of extendable tables. But this one looks quite nice. Do you perhaps have a link for me or a specific name?
