If you have to prove these requirements, then "normal" windows are not enough. They probably have values around 32-35 dB. But you can also get better ones. With Poroton (T18 ??) and ETICS it could also be tight. Normal perforated bricks have no rated sound insulation value, no idea how proof would work there. A aerated concrete block or a concrete block would then possibly be better. Also pay attention to the roller shutter box.

Definitely discuss this with your planner/general contractor and include it in the contract. It won't be free.

Are you serious? Because I still have to comply with the development plan, otherwise I won't get a building permit. And I just wanted to know what the basic requirements for that (to fulfill the development plan) are likely to be.

Thank you for the reply SirSydom

It was initially calculated with T10 plus ETICS.

We only have one window with roller shutters on the affected side. What should we pay attention to there?

Good evening,

I strongly assume that it was Nordanney´s serious intention when he asked you this question, and I can honestly well understand it.

You state your profession as "Controlling" - I wonder why you - since you are obviously an amateur - do not commission someone who knows about it? After all, your profession is precisely based on these parameters; you know the meaning and purpose of specialists ... right?

Rhineland greetings

Call the responsible building authority and ask if the proof still needs to be provided. Often, such old paragraphs are no longer "current," meaning they are still included but no longer applied (too complex and expensive to change the old development plan).
