Here you come around the corner with that now. With radiators, 45° is certainly mandatory if you don't want to freeze. Did you replace the oil boiler 1:1 with a heat pump without any other (insulation) measures? Or was underfloor heating installed only then?

Ok, if you skim through, you find some information (that could have also been posted here). The heat pump was installed in 2011. As suspected, oil burner out, heat pump in. There was already underfloor heating before. Radiators in the basement and the room above the garage. (In one of the posts you write that the heat pump is 6 years old?!) The heat pump has also already had a defect. What was the cause? Is the heat pump running optimally? Were the mentioned adjustments (hydraulic/thermal) carried out? Were the HKVs replaced when the heat pump was installed? Probably not. That means you cannot control the flow rates at all because they are not visible. No sight glasses!? Show me the HKV(s). Do you see the (brown) water of the underfloor heating anywhere? Was the system flushed back then (2011)?

Regarding your questions specifically about your heat pump, I cannot say anything. Only this much: The minimum volume flow of the heat pump (data sheet) should be ensured at all times.

A house from the 80s (practically in its original state) almost needs a "glowing" floor to get warm. But you probably noticed that yourself last winter.

Insulation measures have also already been discussed (windows/facade/ceiling insulation...). As a complete package, this is a bigger action and must be planned (energy consultant).

So, I'm only getting around to answering now. Yes, the underfloor heating has always been there, only in the basement there are a few radiators that are actually always off, and in a finished room above the garage there are radiators; this room doesn't need to be cozy warm, but should be roughly normal room temperature. Underfloor heating and radiators are separate heating circuits with separately regulated flow temperatures. The soft starter on the heat pump once broke, it was replaced. I don't know if the pipes were flushed when switching to the heat pump. According to the previous owner, a hydraulic balancing was done about 4 or 5 years ago, but I don't have any documents on that. This is what the heating circuit distributor looks like on the ground floor:

On the 1st floor it's more or less identical, except that in some rooms there are electric controllers with a little dial. I can't directly adjust or read the volume flow, only turn the valves. I have basically turned everything fully open. I don't see the water anywhere directly (should one?). Whether the heat pump is running optimally, that's basically what this thread should be about.
