I wouldn't rely on configurators but rather watch videos. Enter the keyword "Trockenbau" and you'll get everything explained perfectly. I don't understand why a door shouldn't be installed with double boarding using 12.5mm. As Neige already wrote: don't forget soundproof decoupling! Drywall construction is really not difficult if you keep a few basics in mind and take some time.

Isn't the sealing tape on the profiles for that? With the panels, you don't start directly at the floor but a few millimeters above and seal the open space with silicone, right?

I will definitely do that.

Now I actually have four options.

21 CW profiles with vertical cladding
10 CW profiles with horizontal cladding
And both each in double cladding (once horizontal and once vertical here).

The most massive wall I would create with 21 CW profiles 100mm, horizontal OSB cladding and vertical GKB cladding above, each 12.5mm. For a simple room divider certainly too much. Here I will have to find a healthy middle ground.

Correct, the tape is intended for decoupling. For sealing, use the Power-Elast recommended by Knauf. It is paintable. To get an overview regarding the door opening, take a look at DIN 18101. If you follow that, everything will fit. When constructing the stud frame, you already take into account the clear height and width for the necessary door in advance and accordingly set the profiles. And as already wrote, the videos from Knauf bring clarity. Sent with the handheld device
