Development plan - Carport construction

Hello everyone,

I have a question. My property is designated as WA 2.

Now the following is stated in the development plan:



Am I allowed to build a carport now or not? If not, what am I allowed to build then?

Does this have to take place within the building plot?
A house without a carport or garage is somehow not what the designer intended.

Hopefully someone knows the answer.

I have not bought yet.

But I have also read that for some carports no permit is required. Is that correct?

What can I build then?

Best to call the [Gemeinde/bauamt] directly and ask, they don't bite, and it's the fastest way.

That has nothing to do with a permit - if it is unwanted in the area, then it is simply unwanted. Of course, you can apply for a building permit for it and usually the neighbors will be asked as well - but I can already guess the answer.

Maybe a car-free zone? There is something weird like that here too - you are not even allowed to drive in with a car.

In point 9 it clearly states that a carport and garage are prohibited. In point 8 it says that additional parking spaces can be created if they allow rainwater to pass through. Basically, paving stones with holes or something similar.
