Development cost factor 0.3 more lawful or raise an objection?

Hello

For my development costs, I had to pay the factor 0.3 more because it is permissible to build the house with a second full floor.

That means ground area x 1.3

Is that all lawful?

Does it make sense to file an objection against it?

For the development of my property, the city has charged fees.

Normally, it would be development costs 26 € x property 898 m².

Since a 2 full-story construction is allowed on my property (in the development area) --> the city multiplies the costs again by the factor 1.3 (so 0.3 utility factor more)

that means property area 898 m² x 1.3 = 1167 m²

26€ x 1167 m² = about 7000 T€ more cost for me

I wanted to know if this is legal or if one can file an objection against it?

Hello,

search on the city administration's website for the statutes (Kanalhausanschlußherstellung, Erschließungskosten etc.) This should actually be regulated in one of their statutes. Otherwise, ask for the basis for it. In your notice about the costs, the basis should also be included.

The cities can come up with many ways to take money out of our pockets.
