Mirroring is basically always cost-neutral, as nothing changes in the statics. The kitchen belongs to the terrace because the terrace replaces the dining room in summer. Refrigerator near the grill, short distances to the juice bar. Even more expensive than already expensive.

Yes, the OP would have liked to insert the link in the main post themselves ;-)

Nobody is stopping us from "numbering" the construction proposals here from left to right: image 643980-1 as "1" and so on ;-)

I rather think planner of three construction companies. Why even a general contractor? I suspect 1/L is a Viebrockhaus (and in red the changes to the standard Maxime 610).

1/L and 3/R can be directly compared, 2/M not because of the different staircase. So let's start with 1/L versus 3/R: keeping the catalog house is already an advantage; the "bay window" is probably more an option than a "change," and the changes seem successful to me. The Viebrockhaus is drawn here as monolithic, but as far as I know, it is offered as double-shell like the other two as well. The box floor is more useful than the reading corner in the large bedroom. And that the bathroom in 3/L is associated with a downpipe issue, you have already seen yourself. I suspect you uploaded the designs in the order 2-3-1 and actually mean with the not favored general contractor 1/L, since Viebrockhaus targets private insureds ;-) (but in my opinion still delivers the better construction proposal content-wise here).

I suspect 2/M as an alternative from a general contractor rather inexperienced with serial architecture, whom you approached as a price alternative and asked to press/fold your requirements into the outline framework of the other two. Compared to the others, not everything is bad there, but in absolute terms I can only agree with the comment

unfortunately. Otherwise, what I said to Richard on Friday applies.

P.S.:

Yes. I haven’t yet met the mother of three kids who doesn’t need a wellness bathroom.

I see dwarf gables here in all three building proposals, so I don’t understand what you mean by "make from it". In the dining room this "highlight" is almost necessary so that when extending the banquet table you don’t first have to move the piano *inside joke* .

If it has to be one of the 3 layouts, then the -2 mirrored.
I don't like any of them.
There is no storage room. Laundry, sports gear, school bags, etc. Food, drinks, the kids are growing up. When I see what food goes through at my friend's place with 4 kids and some teenagers.
I wouldn't do without a bathtub. Not because of the mom, but the kids, eventually the creaky bones or the resale value.

Think carefully about what needs to be in the house. The farmhouse cupboard, the shoe collection, the sewing table, the dream living arrangement, etc. What sets you apart from others and what is important to you.
