And every time you then walk 100m to the car with kid and all? And if you then suddenly remember that you still need a second bigger bag, you drive back to the house again. Do yourselves a favor and plan so that the parking space is actually usable. You will benefit from it much more often than you currently think.

I am currently reading in the thread about the [Bodengutachten] that you are significantly backfilling. 80cm backfill, 20cm concrete slab, 15cm screed build-up... I absolutely do not see that taken into account here.

I am not sure exactly what you mean by "not considered," but I think you have misunderstood something. We will not be doing an 80cm fill.

Your soil report suggests that you will then be 80cm above the original ground level. I do not read in the thread that you are also excavating the clay underneath. Please clarify this confusion. I am actually a fan of making one thread per topic, but I have to agree with 11ant that the information here is quite scattered. https://www.hausbau-forum.de/threads/interpretation-des-bodengutachtens.46594/#lg=post-650147&slide=1

You must take this into account when connecting to the existing driveway as well as everywhere the house and garden meet

However, this is only the assumption of the soil expert before the architect's planning was carried out. The final planning states that the current top of slab can be used with a tolerance of plus or minus. Filling would only be necessary in this case for the terrace or garden.
