I prefer option 2, it looks more organized. More light could be achieved if the partition wall does not extend up to the ceiling.

I would also go for option 1 with the toilet and shower swapped and the partition wall partly built with glass.

Glass is normally more expensive in relation to the missing piece of wall, right? The shower would also become darker again due to the exchange. Do you see any advantages or disadvantages if the T-solution is completely mirrored to the opposite side?

As already described in the initial post, we are still flexible with the door. Accordingly, the door will also be mirrored or placed exactly opposite the window in variant 3.
