This is the drawing for the building permit. The one for the execution planning has no knee wall. However, we have seen this for the first time now. The roofer must also have seen the drawing for the building permit, otherwise he would not have asked whether the knee wall should really not be constructed.

New statement from the GU: The Arcon program automatically draws a knee wall to be able to represent the eaves height. (Does anyone know about this? Is that correct?) According to the contract, the eaves are at the height of the middle of the concrete slab. This would be complied with if the roof overhang were 50cm and without a knee wall. With a roof overhang of 75cm, this is not complied with. What applies legally? The drawing or the eaves height?

I don't really see a real knee wall in the drawing for the building permit. Especially because the marked 25 starts on the raw concrete slab (meaning the 12 cm), which is subtracted from it (the insulation is not drawn to scale there). That's why it looks more like "knee" there.

In the execution drawing, it looks a bit more realistic (maybe a bit too thick; since the concrete slab is 18 cm, the insulation according to the text is only 12 cm).

So, if you have seen or expected a real knee wall, then there was already a communication error in the first drawing.

Furthermore, the attic is not really usable as storage space according to the building permit, when I see the text on the left "not walkable."

I assume that the 12 cm insulation is simply lying on the concrete slab. Meaning a floor would still be placed on top, probably to be constructed on site. But you are aware of that?

At the time of the drawing, the calculation of the energy heater was not yet available. Now, after submission, we can choose whether to insulate only the ceiling with 24cm or the ceiling with 18cm and also the space between the rafters. We were aware of this beforehand and will do it ourselves.

So if you draw a line, you can see the following (?):

In the execution planning, the height up to the beginning of the roof overhang is slightly below the story height of 2.55 meters...

In the building permit, this is above the story height. Approximately in the middle of the concrete slab...

Whether that is 25 cm, I wouldn't want to say... and on one side he grants you 25 cm of roof overhang... which, however, leads to you having to notch out on the other side?... great..
