Current energy consultant costs

For the verification according to GEG2023 (=kfw55), the structural engineer did it for us.

Is it possible to have an energy consultant calculate a construction project for KFW 40 and if you know whether you want to use KFW300 or not, have the LCA done additionally? Or does it have to be done all at once from the beginning?

Hi, check your information again on the KfW site. The requirements for the promotion of climate-friendly new buildings and home ownership for families are the same. You need the LCA for both. Regards

We are currently in the middle of building a solid construction KFW300 without QNG and with a waterproof basement on a slope. Energy consultant total 9000-12000€ all in. LCA alone around 2000€

We are building identically, i.e., a single-family house with solid construction and basement and KFW300. The energy consulting costs a flat rate of 7,000 euros gross for the entire project.

We are also planning a single-family house with a basement in solid construction and a basement apartment, as it is a slight hillside property.
May I ask which type of brick you plan to use to meet the KFW standards?
Background: I actually want to avoid external insulation and internally insulated bricks (e.g. Poroton T7)
and according to my architect, this can only be achieved with the T8 (50 cm wall thickness).
This is what actually makes the KFW funding relatively unattractive for me.
