With the same energy consultant, I also had an offer without [QNG], which costs about 12k gross, which is still significantly more than what I am reading here now. Of course, I will get other offers as well. But the individual items here, for example, are already significantly more expensive than at [LotteS]....

How big is your house? How big is the comparison house? Are we currently trying to compare the Mercedes S-Class with a Dacia?

Good point, house is 168sqm + basement. [Einliegerwohnung im Keller] is rented out, so calculation is for 2 residential units.

We are planning a house with 145sqm gross living area, 1.5 stories (Lower Saxony) and want the small KfW40 component (so 297 and not 298, or the whole thing as 300). The technical systems to be installed were already predetermined for him, he just has to type them in. Heating load calculation comes separately... This QNG Premium stuff is insanely complex and Passive House even more so. This is less Dacia/S-Class but rather Smart convertible/estate/caravan – right? My guy also doesn't do energy-related construction supervision – which is not necessary for KfW40 anyway...

We pay a total of about €6000 for the energy consultant without [QNG]. The energy consultant was personally recommended to us, and since the price seemed reasonable to us, we did not obtain any further offers. Friends of ours are currently renovating an old house and planning an extension; their energy consultant bills in phases and is certainly more expensive overall than ours.

I paid my energy consultant and architect €13,230 gross at the beginning of 2021. The contract was for architectural services (service phases 1-5) + energy consulting/calculations. And support with the subsidies for a semi-detached house with approx. 130m² as KfW40+ / passive house. On top of that, there were 2x BD tests at €500 each (since there are 2 residential units). From the nearly €8K for energy consulting, I believe I got about €4K in subsidies back at the time.
