Your argument is flawed on all levels. Your money or the house construction matters little here. Supervision by a non-expert such as a homeowner may also be questionable. A CONSTRUCTION STOP is an official administrative measure when regulations and decrees are violated and requires the authority, not a nagging homeowner.

It may be a great sport to construct some conditions. I usually like to participate even in normal times. Now there is a serious and threatening crisis that affects everyone, so I prefer to act with reason and social responsibility and put my own interests aside. I also think that this can be demanded.
