Your argument is flawed on all levels. Your money or that of the house construction matters little here. An inspection by a non-expert like a builder may also be borderline. A CONSTRUCTION STOP is an official administrative act when guidelines and regulations are violated and requires the authority, not a nagging builder.

So the Bavarian curfew is probably not "proper" or effective? Interesting understanding of the law... tomorrow it is about something completely different.... namely the bundling of competencies in a federal system.
