Sounds quite relaxed here. Even visiting and riding the horse is allowed. And driving to the starting point of a walk without meeting anyone is also legal. Just avoid forming groups.

I would be surprised if "I drive to the countryside to walk/ride next to my construction site" is legal. But "I drive to my construction site to work there alone" is illegal...
