Curfew: Am I still allowed to go to the construction site in Bavaria?

uhm... as long as construction is happening on the site of MY house, I would of course go there (from a distance) - even if it is in the evening or morning. There’s a lot of money involved, so I have a legitimate interest in checking it. legally, if necessary, I would also interpret that as a walk

Everyone argues their exceptions this way. Anyone who takes the situation seriously does not go to the construction site.

sorry, only someone living in their finished house can write that... really.

We (child and I) have also been in the house and garden here for a good week and only go out briefly to shop. And even if we were in an apartment, we would stay inside.

However, if we were still in the construction phase and construction was currently ongoing, then yes, as written, of course I would go there regularly. Because the money isn't that much that I would burn it without supervision on a construction site through possibly avoidable mistakes that would have been easy to fix.
The alternative would then be a construction stop.
