I did not write this. Please read more carefully.

If it is still unclear:

Bavaria issued a "regulation" to impose a so-called curfew and did not refer to the Infection Protection Act.

Joedereck, however, referred to the Infection Protection Act. According to several lawyers, this is legally insufficient for a curfew.

It is a general decree for the enforcement of the Infection Protection Act, as already stated in the headline. And now is truly not the time to debate in detail whether one must first create appropriate legal foundations to curb the spread of this virus. And there are cases that a legislator did not foresee and one must cope with them seriously in an emergency. But it is clear that in such situations individuals suddenly develop an interest in the topic and legal expertise to place their own interests at the center. Good thing that such questions are ultimately resolved in administrative courts!

It's exactly because of people like you that I don't like forums. Everything is talked down and bad-mouthed.

You first say: Tomorrow there will be no decision – then I prove it to you with facts and then I am put in a bad light so that you look good. And then you write that I am a legal layman even though you do not know that. For me, this is: low-level below the lowest drawer. Please do not respond to my comments anymore.

Over and out!

P.S. Admitting that one was wrong is something many cannot do and must be learned!

We all just have more time for hair-splitting and being right feels so good! But it's all quite simple: avoid unnecessary contacts, keep distance, wash hands well, and become aware of how often you touch your face to reduce this habit. And because the world is becoming a bit smaller for us right now: stay calm, mindful, kind, and attentive.

I can no longer go to my construction site for a long time, so I am ready to do it for humanity..........have lost a lot of time anyway.

But who will settle it then?

The companies should be supported too, so why not the clients ?!

Is the word "Baucoronageld" worn out and flat enough to be a hit for the CSU election campaign?
