Curfew: Am I still allowed to go to the construction site in Bavaria?

Regarding the current curfew, is the drive to one's own construction site over a longer distance still unquestionably allowed as the property owner? Or should I expect lengthy discussions with some checkpoints? I am specifically interested in Bavaria.

Anyone who has relevant experiences or information for other federal states, please always specify the federal state accordingly.

On the website of the Bavarian State Government, you can find a list of what is allowed and what is not.
Announcement of the Bavarian State Ministry of Health and Care dated 20.03.2020, Az. Z6a-G8000-2020/122-98

Leaving your own apartment is only allowed for compelling reasons. (These are then explained in more detail).

But does a construction site visit count as one? If you are there alone or with the people you live with anyway, is that okay?

Are craftsmen still allowed to work on construction sites? A compelling reason listed is: commuting to work.
It is clear that two or more trades should not be present on the construction site at the same time. Is it still allowed for the builder to talk to the craftsmen on the construction site (provided the minimum distance is maintained)?!

Sorry that I cannot say anything more specific either. I find it a bit vaguely formulated.

At the Chamber of Crafts Munich, numerous pieces of information are also offered, but I have not read through them yet.

I think you are allowed to do that. There is a ban on gatherings of more than 3/5 persons, no restaurant openings, etc. So if it is necessary to appear there, then do it. If it is controlled with you in Bavaria, the fine will not be as high as if you drink a beer with friends at the Isar. However, I do not actually know. You are already in a very special situation down there.

Let's assume the necessary care as you described. One is allowed to go for a walk, i.e., the car ride there is the car ride to go for a walk - not everyone has a suitable route right outside their door. And if you meet a construction worker while walking there? Everything is fine as long as the distance is maintained.

Just stay at home for once. The [curfew] has its purpose. Leaving the house is 100% not necessary.

Honestly? How can anyone be so ignorant. I just don’t get it. Does everyone have to have their special treatment? It’s disgusting...
