Critique of the floor plan design of a farmhouse

Ah now I understand what you mean. I will include it in the further planning.

450k in the planning? Ambitious. I would have estimated all-in closer to 500+.

Currently, I still have a concern.

The following points bother me about the parent bathroom:
- from the bedroom, you have to walk an "S-curve" into the bathroom;
- the door bangs against the bathtub;
- a lot of unused traffic space.
I could come to terms with some individual points. However, not with the sum.

How could the bathroom layout be optimized?

You could arrange the bathroom door opposite the other door, but then you would hardly have space for a large washbasin. The bathtub could be rotated, instead of the bathtub the smaller wash area. But I think it's quite okay like this. The door does not hit the bathtub. You just have hardly any space because of the many windows...

You had already written that before and I also thought about changes. But nothing meaningful came out of it.

And, I don't think the position of the bathroom door is stupid. When you come out there, you are right in the middle of your closets ;)

Result of my considerations:
-Door opposite the bedroom door on the wall.
-Washbasin on the wall where the bathtub/shower is.
-Shower in the WC niche.
-Bathtub centered under the windows.
-Toilet to the left of the bathtub, at the bottom of the plan in the left corner.
Windows would then have to be adjusted, though (possibly partition wall to the bathtub).
