Thank you for your answers and !
I would like it if my annoying and boring posts were also read and answered by ladies and so on.
So:
Hello esteemed ladies!
1. Yesterday I spoke again with our TÜV inspector, especially regarding the question of why the irons were bent upwards.
2. According to the site manager to our TÜV inspector, the irons were bent upwards to be able to remove the formwork.
3. I then asked the TÜV inspector whether this was taken into account in the structural calculations. He said he is also wondering about that.
4. I will probably write a defect notice to our site manager in writing with a return receipt after Christmas.
In it I will
4.1 ask for the reason for bending the reinforcement upwards,
4.2 request the structural calculations,
4.3 ask for the elimination of the defects and
4.4 request documentation of the rectification.
5. Do you see a better course of action or have I forgotten something?
6. In my opinion, it is botched and an outrage
not to cover the cracked outer wall against water,
6.1 simply hoping that by pouring the ceiling the cracks will close and everything will be fine.
6.2 In my opinion, the site manager should have informed me of this and I should not have had to make him aware of it first with pictures. An apology would also have been obligatory.
Most important point:
7. Wishing you and your loved ones a YEAH! Christmas and healthy days!
