I admittedly cannot stand sealed asphalt and paved wastelands. My recommendation would be gravel in the right size and an edging with "real" cobblestones - e.g. blue basalt.

Refer to the applicable statute for wastewater charges. Here, "Ökopflaster" does not, for example, lead to exemption from fees.

Well, not concrete or asphalt, you'll have a hard time getting rid of that later if you get tired of it after ten years.

Therefore, it makes sense to do something you really like and not just something that is currently fashionable. Courage to follow your own taste makes decisions easier.

We are also having some difficulty with the decision. The latest idea would be a grass grid that can be driven on (so not the grass grid stones). In addition, a narrow path made of paving stones. This way, there would be zero sealed surfaces and it would become even greener. Irrigation could be quickly replanned and the mowing robot would do the rest. Pedestrians would also be able to pass well even in bad weather due to the narrow path...

: For your house, I can well imagine a concrete-grass solution: You lay driving lanes made of concrete or paving stones (heated if there is a slope in front of the garage) and next to them lush green grass. The outside parking spaces as well. The Robi finds the way. Sealed surfaces remain minimal and infiltration is ensured.
