Yes, we could include that in the contract. Then the matter would be settled once and for all, wouldn't it?

The owner had already contacted various developers, which he prioritized for a quick process. We have now been awarded the contract and would work with one of the construction companies he prioritized, as we have already had good experiences with them (planning a project on another plot, for which we did not receive the contract).
