Country house with muntin windows provider

Dear all! We want to build a house with a small granny flat (only ground floor), preferably in a simple country house style, possibly with divided windows. Our plot is 1200 sqm, located at the edge of the forest – we have tinkered a bit with the floor plan. We would like to have a captain’s gable at the back on the right side and extend the right side (about 3-4m) to create a large kitchen area – the living room is rather small since we tend to spend time at the table in the kitchen. Today we visited a prefab house company to see how it works. Our wish is for divided windows and a wooden front door; the former could not be offered by the provider – not even in a modern interpretation with a one-third, two-thirds division in aluminum windows – or with glued-on muntins. However, we do not want to do without them. I wonder if this is the case with other companies as well? Does anyone have a tip on which construction company offers this and plans freely? Also gladly solid construction!!!

I have zero experience with the company myself and have no idea how expensive they are. They mainly build in southern Germany and Switzerland, but apparently not exclusively. The company is called "Greenville". I only know their YouTube channel. Since I myself, in another life ;-) would like to have such a house, I have watched a lot of their content.
It is a prefab house company for wooden houses in the Swedish and New England style. The elements you mentioned, as well as many others, are installed there. This also means they should at least know subcontractors for such windows etc. pp.

Ok... here in our neighborhood a beautiful brick-clad house with divided windows, a bay window, and masonry decorations (so nostalgic....) in the Hanseatic style has just been built. Unfortunately, I don't know the provider, there is no advertising sign... maybe self-contracting.... . But I'll ask if I see any craftsmen there again. However, it is in Schleswig-Holstein, I don't know where you want to build.
