Costs for plumbing & heat pump

first of all, thank you for all your tips and opinions.
I am an absolute layman in this field.
Why wouldn't you use circulation?
Because of the power consumption? Or is the planning simply not optimal if you need the pump?

Why wouldn't you use circulation?

If the pipes are short, you simply don't need it. Instead of waiting 2 seconds for warm water in the morning, it then just takes 10. In my opinion, the operating costs of the circulation are, as already mentioned, no longer really an issue. However, they will charge you around €1000 for the installation. It is a comfort thing, and those are always optional.
