What kind of offers are these? Priced on request and therefore comparable? Plans sent out and everyone writes their own offer based on their own feelings?

The offers are all together, the range of 10% with 4 offers is exceptionally good. This means no anomalies downward (too cheap) or upward (defensive offer).

The offers have been prepared according to the specifications of the architect. What interests me is whether you think the costs are realistic or rather somewhat overestimated, in relation to our [BV].

For 1000cbm of enclosed space, we are at 198k in southern Germany without a garage.

What does your architect say?
