Our offers (Brandenburg) range between 95-125k (house). Have 11.90x8.60 and 11.50x7.00 double garage (17k), type townhouse ground floor and upper floor. If that should help you as a rough guideline. KS+WDVS and garage aerated concrete. All aerated concrete about 10k less on RBK.

Stupid questions get stupid answers. You didn’t ask about the price of other shell constructions, but about our assessment. And that is exactly the question I answered.
So pull yourself together, don’t talk to me like I’m stupid, and ask the questions you want answers to.

For 1,008 cbm of built-up space (two-story city villa + attic), I paid €123,462 including earthworks, ETICS including plaster as well as clinker brick (ground floor clinker, upper floor ETICS). That was in 2016.
