You will get a handle on the official procedures, that’s not so bad. You will have to document a lot, but that can be managed as well. It is the structural requirements for energy efficiency that present the real challenge. Researching in this regard will be a key for you to either realize or discard the idea. In the case of the latter consequence: Maybe it’s worth rebuilding something existing for you. The requirements there are much lower and more manageable for laypeople.

Yes, I do not exclude that either and it is probably a good idea. The problem, however, is very specific requirements and ideas that can hardly be implemented in a traditionally built existing property, but probably you always have to make compromises. I have just been dreaming of building my own house for so long. I trust myself to do the handiwork. I worked in (Alt)Bau for a while and gained a lot of experience there.

Yes, basically they do it that way. In detail, upon closer inspection, you will notice several subtleties that turn out to be different. They may also have a different set of machines that allow for very low tolerance manufacturing. Don’t underestimate the experience and access to mental resources either. In the end, they are two completely different pairs of shoes.

Your project is quite crazy in Germany and very likeable. With the appropriate story, you can possibly raise money and find supporters through crowdfunding.

One would actually have to prove that it is possible. Simply to show that it works.

One would probably first have to get an architect on board who plans it exactly and is interested in it.

Sorry, but posting individual quotes is currently not possible.
The calculation is not realistic.

Question: why don’t you finance €100,000 including equity?
What is the income situation?
Why make everything so complicated?
While you work, who earns the money?

And yes: nowadays or in Germany, there are regulations. They regulate
wastewater, insulation, rainwater (do you know what a tinsmith is?),
