The response came promptly:

"...thank you very much for your inquiry. Unfortunately, I have to inform you that we operate only regionally within a radius of about 50 km around Erfurt."

I have now ordered the material myself, after cancellations came due to full capacity this year, etc. About €10,500 net for 12kWp and 5-unit storage. Hopefully, it goes well. :eek:

So you are now assembling it yourself and only have it connected?
