Without a floor plan, you can hardly estimate the costs. So many factors come into play, e.g., the architecture, the window areas, but also floors and bathrooms.....
So you can only guess.

Not really yet, we are still waiting for three quotes, which should be available to us within the next two weeks.
Two of the three companies have indicated that you can't necessarily base it on the price per sqm, although so far no one has been able to tell us what it would be for us.
So we're still kind of in limbo. In any case, we are curious.
