This of course increases the price per sqm further. The good thing is, with the 380k€ you should be fine now, because you now have 10 sqm less enclosed space.

Yep. And first make the "hut" wider and therefore shorter 8.50 house + 3.5 carport is a good size.but I would move the kitchen further down on the plan and place the little office room above the stairs with a frosted glass wall to have daylight. That way you get space where you need it and minimize empty area (living corner).
I don’t mean moving interior walls. By the way: normal construction site tone ;)We keep working on the floor plan, no worries. Maybe also pay a bit of attention to the tone towards everyone else ;)
