We are currently building in the north of Berlin, is that still within the service area of your painter? For just under 140m2, we are currently at 20,000 EUR after the first offers. Otherwise, I would also be happy about the contact ;)

We are currently working on it, the house is 142 sqm gross in the Berlin metropolitan area.
Painting work (local company): €12,500
Floors: With us €18,500, but with very high-quality parquet. The same parquet installer mistakenly also sent us an offer with cheaper parquet, which was €12,700
Exterior work offers hopefully coming next week. Don’t forget the possibly necessary drainage/disposal or storage of rainwater
