We have agreed with the architect; all the prices he has calculated are currently higher than the offers we have already obtained. Shell construction, facade, screed, windows, roof, all reputable companies that we contacted via word of mouth. I am somewhat happy that we did it this way, and we now hope for a successful outcome. Of course, the offers could not be made exact because, for example, the thermal calculation still needs to be done, but one can still get an idea in this direction. So far, we have encountered talkative companies and not ones that say, “We are already busy anyway.” They usually have time, although everyone says there is a lot to do.
By now, I can sleep peacefully again, after the statements here in the forum and the cost estimates drove me completely crazy. Furthermore, one must say that you actually choose the house yourself! It becomes clear when you see how such a sum comes together.
