Cost estimate for exterior facilities - price 45,000 € realistic?

we recently paved the driveway and the parking spaces in front of the house. In addition, we distributed the earth mound to the roughly final heights, which was still from the excavation pit on the property. The earthworker / landscaper did a very neat job – we are very satisfied.

Now we have an offer, all-inclusive, then we would be finished with our outdoor area in 4 weeks (which would of course be very appealing):

- Make and frame the front garden with flowerbeds
- Path with stone slabs and gravel in front and along the sides of the house up to the terrace, about 20 meters x 1.20 meters wide
- Completely build the terrace with terrace slabs, terrace is about 45 sqm
- Retain soil at the outside of the property with a wall, about 30 meters long and 1.60 m high (this is the biggest cost factor) – it is not a natural stone wall, but concrete blocks, looked great in the photo
- Well including all applications, electrics and pump by [Firma Hunter]
- Automatic underground garden irrigation (runs once a day and waters the garden from the well)
- Rolled lawn, about 300 sqm
- Excavation / framing for basement apartment also with concrete block wall
- Laying of boundary wire for robotic mower
- Paving of the basement terrace, fill in front and bring to the correct height (we have a basement apartment, should be about 25 sqm)

All materials etc. are included. I realize it is hard to estimate without exact knowledge of the situation, but we consider it a lot of money, but also a lot of work.

4 weeks x 8 hours with the garden and landscape gardener,
with yourself 2-5 times as long due to lack of practice and machines or tools,
you would also have to buy materials.
You have to decide what your time is worth to you, and possibly your health.

People rather ruin themselves in the gym because they've been doing the exercises technically wrong for 25 years or, even worse, led by machines.

At the neighbor’s, there were Poles who paved the driveway and spread the soil. With the wheelbarrow, they only had a vibrating plate, that was their only machine. They ruin themselves because they do this their whole lives. But not your average Joe, who builds his own garden... degenerated... really completely degenerated...

Oh, as a comparison. Paving driveway, parking space, and terrace. 10,000 EUR. Polish workers, no slope, concrete dumped on my property, he still has to chip off a part.

If they deliver all that for 45,000 scoundrels in good quality, you can make three crosses.
