Cost estimate for exterior facilities - price 45,000 € realistic?

I have made the individual item list.

24,000 € - approx. 80 sqm wall with concrete masonry units, country house wall type 2
2000 construction site setup
2500 earthworks
1000 fence 20 linear meters without installation and concrete
3000 well
2000 roll lawn with delivery
6500 labor
5000 terrace
2000 flower beds
2000 path around the house

we are already at 50k, the automatic garden irrigation and a few other little things are still missing, laying electricity, wire for the robotic mower etc...

If I think about the fact that my civil engineer wants nearly 2,000 net for laying and connecting 25m of KG pipe and loading and distributing 12m³ of 0/32 gravel, then I wonder why you’re still hesitating.

Sure, 50k sounds like a lot, but that also means 3 or 4 civil and landscaping contractors will be working in your garden for several weeks with that scope.

You basically want your entire garden to be move-in ready.

So you fly on vacation for 3 weeks, come back, sit on the terrace and grill. That just costs...
