No, those were the total costs per sqm.
The substrate was prepared/compacted with gravel accordingly, the paving was laid and grouted.
However, we had no "legacy waste" to dispose of, as there was a field here before... ;-)

Now I'm wondering what makes more sense:

[*]Having the concreted driveway demolished together with the old garage (probably cheaper?), but then trucks, cranes, etc. would have to operate on bare earth or
[*]First demolish only the garage and only after the house is finished demolish the concreted driveway and repave it? (that's how my husband wants to do it)

I hope the situation is clear in the picture below :)

If the crane is to be placed at the location and can be (dismantling still possible once the house is standing), leave them lying there. Otherwise, the panels will be disposed of and then gravel will be laid.

Are the garages in the way of the construction work? If not, leave them standing and use them as lockable storage for materials and tools during the construction period.

Oops.. I think I forgot to mention an important point: the garage will be demolished before construction begins. In its place, and beyond that, the new house will be built. The question is whether the concrete driveway should also be removed during the demolition so that everything happens at once, or only after the house is completed, so that the crane and truck don’t get stuck in the mud. So you also think that the concrete slabs should stay until the house is finished? :)
