Well, it is somewhat connected. The modern colors mentioned above only really work with darker windows and without mullions in them. I also see the windows here as a showstopper to create a somewhat contemporary look. You should know that, since the windows are not replaced quickly because of the ETICS, as the ETICS is probably nicely extended over the frames (technically sensible to avoid thermal bridges, but high effort when changing the windows).

For me, the house belongs in the category "for enthusiasts," you just have to want it.

The price would really be interesting to know.
