PS. I would be interested in the 47.5 cm wall structure: 30 cm KS and 17.5 cm external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS)? Or the other way around?

According to the plan, we have 24 cm KS and 20 cm ETICS

Tastes differ, but if you build a KFW40 house in 2009 for a lot of money, I wonder why it had to look so ugly...

I would prefer that over the 1,000th city villa or another "Bauhaus style"...

Still, I myself wouldn't have built it like that either. Maybe it's because of the development plan.

Does the solar thermal panel on the front facade have that? I've never seen it before.

But if there is ever money available to repaint the facade and maybe choose "more modern" colors, the house will certainly look very different again.

The garden definitely looks well maintained.
