Construction power or house connection? How much construction power is needed?

The disadvantage of this is that if the buildings are constructed at different speeds (one starts earlier, the next has a basement ...), the one with the construction power connection will remove it as soon as the connection can be moved into their house. Then the others must already be able to work without construction power. A nasty dependency.
In addition, a correspondingly long supply cable is needed from the connection pillar, possibly cable bridges over roads, to be able to set up your own distribution board with meter at the end. This is usually not exactly free either (but the money then goes to the general contractor and not to the utility company).

500-1000€ for construction power I would set aside.

Wood stove ... no, spot heating does not help.

Unlikely, those things just burn the electricity 1:1 plus device rental.

Hello,

the screed has just been laid here. Approximately 200 sqm of underfloor heating.
Our electrician said that 2000-2500 kWh will easily accumulate for the heating-up program, which is why he canceled the construction power supply and applied for the switch to normal electricity.

With us, the Estich program only has 600kwh. Construction power itself was less than 100€ for us. When moving in, there were about 800 kWh on the WP meter and 10 kWh on the house power meter...

We had to run the screed program twice. Energy consumption 2,900 kWh. Unfortunately, the photovoltaic system was only connected a month later... grrrrr!!!!!!

I would also have my 'own' construction power installed, unless you are sure that you can switch to the house power before the others. The screed program unfortunately ran during the coldest weeks of the year for us and consumed around 3000kwh..

Ok the question about consumption is then clarified. The risk that the house connection will be made earlier is almost zero and will therefore be excluded.

What about the other question? I just want to find out what is cheaper for me. Or rather, which payment to the general contractor I can agree to?

The question is what would be added to the mentioned costs of Edis if construction power is provided independently, etc.
