The screed heating program is started when the screed is in. Then the windows are definitely installed as well, otherwise there is no need to heat, or no screed would be applied. When the windows are in, you can have the house connection installed. There are always several days to weeks between the windows and screed, as quite a bit is done inside (plaster), sanitary, electrical, etc. If you time the power connection properly, you can get your house connection before drying and then use electricity through your own meter. Without drying, hardly any electricity costs accumulate. Our construction meter up to the house connection came to about €10, mainly for charging batteries and the construction radio. The joke was that setting up the construction power cost €200. I complained that €200 was incurred for ridiculous €10 electricity costs. Of course, that didn’t help and the distribution box was already by the street anyway... Well, what can you do. If the general contractor says they want to run it through one box, I would do that. The main thing is that no one dries their construction over it...
