Whether it is even a bungalow from such a series can usually be recognized by the wooden cover strips over the joints of the wall elements.
On one wall they were still present until I recently removed them. That is the only exterior wall that still suggests the original condition. The previous owner apparently later built a basement and subsequently integrated the entrance into the bungalow wall, so that visually the bungalow is now about 2 meters wider. The other walls seem to have been insulated/modified afterwards.
Because my bungalow’s roof became leaky due to the storm over the weekend (crack in the shingles), I went up to the (crawl) attic. The gable walls there are built with white stone, probably Ytong. That increasingly gives me the impression that it was completely renovated.
Thanks.
As you may have noticed, I deleted the aerial photo. The site explicitly states that aerial photos are *only* to be used for private purposes.
Edit: please generally avoid links; according to forum rules they are not conditionally allowed and are therefore deleted by us – with few exceptions, e.g. KfW.
Rhineland regards
But I have to ask stupidly now... isn’t this used privately here??? This is not a commercial use... Thanks in advance.
"not conditionally allowed" =? does that mean in reverse "absolutely allowed" or a typo? I can already deduce the rest myself, but the stupid question had to be asked.
