The only problem is that 40,000 EUR is hardly enough for a basement today..

Are the fluctuations really that large regionally? When I was dealing with prices in this range a year ago, I was told that it was unrealistic – which has since proven to be true.

136 sqm + basement + 2 garages for 245,000, if I understand correctly here.

Without own contributions, it would look like this for us:
128 sqm + basement + 1 garage for 340,000.

It's a pity that houses are so hard to transport...

Yes. Agreed. I understand EUR 236,000 for 136 sqm plus utility cellar in East Germany ;-) Complete (i.e., turn the key and move in) or what is behind this amount? Rhineland greetings from the road Building expert

In my opinion, your interpretation contradicts the statement House + Basement + Garages + Demolition + all other costs = €300,000.

I am referring to the house including the utility basement in Saxony; that adds up to TEUR 236.

To what extent TEUR 64 for demolition, garage, and incidental construction costs are sufficient, I cannot say and for this exact reason have not done so.

Maybe I’m missing something – where do you see a contradiction?

Rhenish greetings on the go
