Would you like to break that down? It comes across as if you have insanely high demands.
If you subtract interior design and exterior facilities, it would be €360,000 for 165m² including ancillary building costs.
Seems very unrealistic with a steep slope.
Missing from the list: architect, your garage, basement, further ancillary building costs, and a buffer: I claim €100,000 or more on sloping ground. On the other hand, it seems you do have craftsmen in the family. Have the prices been coordinated with them? I would always plan independently of friends and family first, and next to the items write how much can be saved by agreement.
This includes kitchen, bedroom, bathroom fittings, etc.
Because we want to save the buffer from the bonus payments of our employers (approx. 4 - 5k/year).
I take the prices for the individual trades from an acquaintance who is currently building. Here, I have, for example, material prices and the like.
Since construction is done differently with us (basement, garage, etc.), these values cannot be adopted 100%.
Friends and family are currently not 100% planned. However, with us, if someone has a construction concern, they also pitch in. Most are skilled craftsmen here.
I will include the savings in the list, thank you.
Why should I plan another €100k?
I understand architect, the garage should be covered by the mentioned sums?
Thanks in advance.
